Non-Refund Policy
All purchases for Studio West classes, sessions, events, and pop-ups are non-refundable. Once a spot is booked, it is confirmed and reserved exclusively for you. This policy applies to all circumstances, including missed classes, late arrivals, schedule changes, personal conflicts, or choosing not to participate.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to confirm my availability before booking. Studio West does not offer refunds for any reason. In limited cases, Studio West may, at its sole discretion, allow a booking transfer or credit, but such accommodations are not guaranteed.

By completing my purchase, I agree to this Non-Refund Policy and understand that all sales are final.
